The clients of Digital Vigyapan are allowed to cancel the booking or order of various digital advertising packages anytime before the commencement of the service. In case of any cancellation, the notification must reach the Digital Vigyapan team within 24 hours. Also, the payment received for the cancelled order or booking will be refunded within 7-10 working days.
The refund for a cancelled order or booking of digital advertising packages will be done through the original payment method used while making the payment. No refund will be issued after the commencement of the service unless when there is a quality issue with the service or the order. In such cases, the clients can approach the customer support team of Digital Vigyapan and file in the refund request or complaint.
The customer support team will look into the complaint and will take necessary steps as per the policies. If found that the complaint is valid and needs further investigation, the customer support team will ask for the detailed information from the clients. After the investigation and verifications, the refund will be issued.
In case of any disputes or cancellation-refund related issues, the clients need to contact the customer support team. The team will do its best to resolve the issues.
